1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowingNow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowingNow is a project management application that allows you to create, manage, and track projects, tasks, milestones, documents, timesheets, and team collaboration. The Service is available in both a local-only mode (no account required) and a cloud-synced mode (account required).

3. Accounts

To use cloud features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create in FlowingNow. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export all your data at any time using the built-in export features.

In local mode, your data is stored entirely on your device. In cloud mode, your data is stored on our secure, EU-hosted infrastructure and is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as defined in the respective agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowingNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your cloud data will be deleted within 30 days. You may export your data before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
